A&E and Program Management Support – e²M uses a “valueadded” approach to Program Management, based on long-term experience in managing the design and construction of multihundred million-dollar civil engineering projects. We effectively move projects through planning, development, financing and permitting into actual construction, using proven approaches to meet tight time schedules, strict environmental regulations and complex legal and financial constraints – all while remaining under the owner’s control.

Construction Services - The construction industry is a highly technical, rapidly changing field. Owners know the Construction Manager they select must have the training and knowledge necessary to ensure their project’s success. The e²M Team has the experience in the construction field as well as a commitment to independence and innovation.
