Founded in Denver in 1989, HDR | e²M employs more than 366 environmental professionals and engineers in 14 offices in the United States, Guam, and Kuwait. HDR | e²M specializes in environmental compliance, conservation and planning, restoration, engineering and information technology services to public and private sectors, with more than 90 percent of our clients representing the federal government.
